It is the Bidder's responsibility to take traffic, weather, etc. into consideration in order to arrive at the preproposal meeting / site visit on time. All Proposers MUST participate in the site visit inspection tour conducted by Genesee County Road Commission personnel on the date specified above and familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance and proposed prices. The walk-through tour will begin immediately following the pre-proposal meeting. Genesee County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, increase or reduce quantities and delete bid items in the Bid Sheet, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interest of the Genesee County Road Commission. The Genesee County Road Commission accepts no responsibility for any expense incurred by the bidder in the preparation and presentation of a bid. Such expense shall be borne exclusively by the bidder.
