Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Swartz Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
Receive firm prime contractor bids for the labor, materials, equipment, and all other services to complete the Swartz Creek High School PAC Audio Visual and Swartz Creek High School & Middle School moving package. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the construction manager and completed in full, including the Familial Disclosure Statement, the Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act and notarized, Affidavit of Compliance-Criminal Background Check, and Prevailing Wage (LEO) registration. A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company acceptable to the owner, or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the proposal sum, payable to Swartz Creek Community Schools, must be submitted for proposals over $31,321. Proposals shall be firm for sixty (60) days. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid, with bond cost included in the proposal. All proposals are subject to rejection or waiver by the Board of Education in whole or in part Clarifications and questions on the documents need to be forwarded to Sydney Schultz as soon as possible to the email addresses provided below (no later than 12:00pm on November 21st, 2025). sschultz@auchconstruction.com
