Nysdot Region - 05 This project will replace the Pierce Hill Road bridge (BIN 3321450) over Ischua Creek in the Town of Franklinville, Cattaraugus County. The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2026. Construction is expected to begin in Winter 2026/2027. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2027/2028. County : Cattaraugus As of October 11, 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2031 NYDOT - Pierce Hill Rd/ischua Ck *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability.
