No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine bidder responsibility 1. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 2. The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. 3. On request, Owner will provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid.
