Dwight Rich and Gardner Asphalt Replacement All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. The School District shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. A bid security bond of 5% is required to be submitted with each bid. The Lansing School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the bidder submitting the best financial bid (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion. Questions are to be submitted in writing to the Lansing School District via email to projects@lansingschools.net no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, February 7, 2025.
