Reference Number 0000370518 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: with two, one year options to renew Lansing Community College is currently seeking competitive proposals from qualified Contractors to provide as needed plumbing, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and mechanical services including but not limited to hookup and maintenance of commercial furnaces, maintenance of boilers, perform load calculations for heating and cooling requirements. Services may be rendered at any of the five LCC locations within the Lansing, East Lansing, Mason or Howell, MI areas. The scope of services will consist of individual tasks to be determined and requested during the contract period. Question Deadline 12/18/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes, The College will clarify, correct, or respond to any questions received at bvillarreal@star.lcc.edu by the issuance of an addendum on online. The question-and-answer period represents the only avenue that Contractors have in which to raise concerns about the specifications and scope of work associated with this solicitation.
