MDOT is looking for a custom designed retrofit lighting unit to install inside existing housings. The new retrofit design must be compatible with and fit within the constraints of the existing lighting housing and be able to be installed without damage to the existing concrete barrier wall. Please see attached shop drawings for the currently installed housing. Proposed designs must meet all MDOT standard details and special provisions for pedestrian lighting. Questions concerning the Invitation to Negotiate must be posted on electronic no later than Monday, January 6, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern. In the interest of transparency, only written questions will be accepted.
