Rebuild the Lansing Avenue Pump Station, Pump No.6. The pump is a Flygt model C3400.835- 5011, Serial Number S9851069. Hydro Dynamics rebuilt the pump previously, with a job number of 27798. The City of Lansing will pull the pump. Pictures of the pump, the pump station and the overhead crane are attached. 1. Pick up the pump and transport it for inspection and repair. Use the overhead crane onsite to load the pump. 2. Disassemble and blast clean for inspection. 3. Remove impeller ring from impeller. 4. Prep impeller hub for new impeller ring. 5. Replace upper and lower mechanical seals. 6. Replace upper and lower bearings. 7. Replace impeller ring. 8. Replace impeller locking device. 9. Replace all cable entry seals. 10. Steam clean and bake motor stator. 11. Straighten rotor shaft to within .001" TIR. 12. Dynamic balance impeller. 13. Replace all o-rings and gaskets. 14. Replace necessary hardware. 15. Assemble unit and test for leak free operation. 16. Test for proper amp draw. 17. Paint unit. 18. Deliver to plant. 19. Provide labor and materials to install the pump 2 floors below the main floor. The overhead crane onsite can be used. (ELECTRICAL WORK TO BE COMPLETED BY CITY OF LANSING) 20. Install new casing ring. 21. Witness start-up.
