The bid will furnish all mobilization, demobilization, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project known as the "Pike St. Water Booster Station Replacement Project". Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and must submit evidence of experience on projects in similar size and complexity. The owner intends that this project be completed no later than June 30, 2025. In accordance with Ohio Revised Code 164.05 (A)(6), to the extent practicable, the Contractor and subcontractors shall use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in connection with this project. Domestic steel use requirements as specified in ORC 153.011 apply to this project. The contractor must be in compliance with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity policies in Chapter 123 of the OAC to include Governors 1972 Executive Order. State of Ohio prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Warren County and the Village of Morrow, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239 are required for this project.
