Includes cured-in-place (CIP) pipe lining of sewers, testing and sealing service connections, and point repairs to sewers. All questions regarding this invitation to bid should be directed by email to Kathy Chambers, Senior Buyer Procurement Analyst, City of West Haven, at kchambers@westhaven-ct.gov. The request for information deadline is noon Tuesday, February 18, 2025. A Bid Security of 5% is required. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. MBE/WBE participation is required, with a minimum of 8% (3% MBE and 5% WBE) Work must be fully completed within 80 calendar days, with active construction limited to 40 consecutive calendar days. The City of West Haven reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids deemed in its best interest.
