The scope includes renovation of existing restrooms including finishes, masonry repairs, accessories, lighting, plumbing and mechanical. The estimated cost of the project is approx. $2,000,000 - $2,200,000. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Hoover City Schools in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
