Reference Number 0000374175 It is the intention of the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES to establish a contract for Ethernet connectivity between "points of presence" (POP) in the school districts and buildings represented by Genesee Valley/Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES RIC (EduTech) for the purpose of connecting them to the BOCES Regional Information Center Hubs. The intended outcome of this RFB is to have a "private backbone" connecting these locations. The network will provide connectivity as outlined below, expandable to more as services/application use evolves. It is the purpose of the Request for Bids (RFB) to select a bidder (or bidders) to provide the service(s) that will best satisfy the requirement of the BOCES. Six documents are attached, including PRC Schedule if or when applicable to terms and conditions. Purchase Type Term: 07/01/2025 12:00 AM EDT - 06/30/2028 12:00 AM EDT Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities therein, and hold the bid for forty-five days for proper analysis.
