Renovation of a residential development in Newark, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This is a NYS public works project, and prevailing wages must be paid. Contract term: 30 days after completion of project Question Deadline 12/05/2024 Any questions not asked at the site visit must be submitted in writing to FL.Purchasing@opwdd.ny.gov The Design Vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete a fully comprehensive drawing design and specification generation of the services required in a professional manner. Refer to the attached specifications (if applicable) for the following OPWDD Requirements of the Project Scope of Work SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: A. Design Services: 1. Reference attached specific OPWDD Requirements of the Generator Design 2. Drawing Designs and Specifications are to be in accordance with: a. OPWDD Specifications, b. NFPA (NFPA 101 - Life Safety Code) c. NEC 3. Product Specification Data. a. Construction details, material descriptions, dimensions, profiles, finishes, and applicable schematics, and cut sheets. 4. All Design and Specification documents shall be provided on Adobe (.pdf), CAD Files should be provided to OPWDD for future use and records. 5. Document Submissions to be provided to OPWDD Point of Contact (POC) at routine Intervals: a. 100% Completion 6. Internal Construction Permitting to be completed by the Maintenance Supervisor with necessary OPWDD Agency Personnel in Central Office. 7. Design Vendor shall provide (2) sets of 24x36 blueprints upon completion, mailed to POC, listed above.
