Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
* Owner does not release Bid Amounts. Project will be updated once Awarded Contractor details are announced. The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to perform the scope of work, which involves the reconstruction of four streets - Metzloff Dr, Montrose Ave, Carlton St, and Burn Pl. This work extends an approximate distance of 520m. The work includes the replacement of existing sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water supply system, roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalks and municipal service connections to the street property line. Additionally, the scope includes the installation of approximately 118m of exfiltration trench and continuous sidewalks.
