Demolition, site work and addition to a conference / convention center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Design plans call for the addition of a conference / convention center; for the demolition of a conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.
As of March 12, 2026, a design firm has been selected. Design work will begin in July. Construction is expected to start towards the end of 2026. Professional Services include, but are not to be limited to, programming, master site planning, design, interior space planning, engineering, permitting and construction administration for an approximately 280,000 square foot addition to deliver the expansion needs of the facility (i.e., exhibit hall space, break out rooms, ballrooms, etc.), The SBE goal for this project is a mandatory minimum of 20% participation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
