This bid is for the labor portion only; the materials are provided through the OMNIA Material Only Contract R230404. The full bid package will be sent to all attendees of the pre-bid conference. Location of Services: Water Treatment Plant, 401 Breconshire Dr., Saline, Michigan 48176.
