Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chester, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work: construction of approximately 516 LF of concrete sidewalk from 0.044 miles South of Osborne Rd. to Perdue Springs Ct on the right-hand side of Route 1 Southbound. The work will include clearing, minimal grading, installation of concrete sidewalk, adjustment of utilities, erosion and sediment control, signage, pavement markings, and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Any and all questions and/ or requests for interpretation of bid documents must be submitted in writing to Dewberry Engineering Inc, Zachary Malone P.E., zmalone@dewberry.com by 5:00 PM on February 11, 2025. Unless otherwise altered by addenda, the last official addendum shall be issued by 2:00 PM on February 13, 2025. Doc note: Only complete sets will be issued. Order documents by calling the office of Dewberry Engineers Inc. and allow one business day for pickup and two business days for UPS delivery. Upon request, electronic documents will be provided via e-mailed download link File Transfer at no cost to the bidder, or provided on a CD or flash drive for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 if picked up or $25.00 if delivered. Any conclusion or information obtained or derived from such electronic files will be at the Bidder's risk. If there is a discrepancy between the electronic files and the hard copies on file with the County, the hard copies govern. If CAD files are available, the County does not release, nor authorize its engineering and design consultants to release them prior to execution of the Notice to Proceed.
