The Work shall consist of replacing the existing interior CCTV system and expanding the existing coverage. All work, including dry wall repair, painting, electrical, data and other associated trades, shall be included in the bid. A complete and properly functioning system will be required. Bidders shall be a Full-Service Systems company, with Alarm and Low-Voltage licenses in North Carolina. Bidders shall be Certified BICSI installers with an RCDD on staff, and Owner approved SubContractors as required. Bidders will receive an email receipt notification that their bids have been received. The Full-Service Systems company shall be Prime Contractor, this bid shall contain all work required to affect a complete and satisfactorily operating installation as designed.
