The Burlington County School District does not take any responsibility for the receiving of any submitted/ requested information; it is entirely up to the Contractor to assure that their information is properly submitted. Bidders on this project are required to be classified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) under classification #C009 as well as other documentary requirements as set forth in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS found in the bid specifications. Please note that if the project budget is $5 Million or more, irrespective of Phasing, a signed PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT shall be required. This bid proposal addresses Interior Pool Repairs at the Burlington County Special Services School District- Westampton Campus. The Burlington County Special Services School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all minor and immaterial informalities in the bid in accordance with applicable law. The Burlington County Special Services School District will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.S.A.C. 17:27. No late bids will be accepted.
