Renovation of a stadium in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Pre-qualifications, issued under C14-05-22 Roofing Contractors which closed on August 2, 2022. The roof replacement Work to be undertaken for this Contract, includes but is not limited to: 1. Replacing the existing roof assembly at roof sections A1, A2 and A3 at Inch Park Arena. 2. Providing a durable, water and air-tight assembly with continuous thermal insulation and adequate rainwater drainage. On-site Work under this Contract is to commence no later than April 1, 2025, with Substantial Performance achieved by August 1, 2025, and overall completion (ready for takeover) no later than August 30, 2025.
