Reference Number 0000286139 This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba to prospective Vendors to submit submissions for Supply and Deliver of Weather Monitoring Equipment on as and when required basis. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of Manitoba to extend the Contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) terms of up to one (1) year each. The pricing of the submission will be fixed for Year one (1) of the Contract. Prices for Year two (2), year three (3) and option years will be determined sixty (60) days prior to each contract year based on mutually agreed prices between Manitoba and the vendor. If proposed pricing is not accepted by Manitoba, the Contract extension may not be exercised. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
