Reference Number 0000287540 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/25 12:00:00 PM CST Details of Work The Work in This Tender is a Part of the Province's Efforts to Stockpile Materials at Various Locations Within the Vicinity of Winnipeg, Mb. The Contractor Shall Provide Equipment to Be Able to Complete the Following Work Activities as Required and as Directed by Manitoba, Including but Not Limited to: Supply and Delivery of Materials; Piling Materials Neatly Within Designated Areas. The Contractor Shall Complete All Work as Directed by Manitoba. Traffic Gravel Class "a" Limestone The Contractor Shall Supply, Deliver, and Pile Traffic Gravel Class "a" Limestone Within the Designated Areas as Directed by Manitoba. The Contractor Shall Supply Traffic Gravel Scale Tickets at the Time of Delivery to Manitoba. The Contractor is Advised That Failure to Supply the Scale Tickets at the Time of Delivery May Result in Non-payment. The Unit Price for "Traffic Gravel Class "a" Will Be Payment in Full for Supplying, Crushing, Loading, Hauling, and Piling the Aggregate and for Performing All Operations Necessary or Incidental Thereto. Crushed Rock 6mm Minus (Limestone) In General, the Construction Specification for Granular Course and Material Specification for Aggregate Granular Course Shall Govern. Crushed Rock 6mm Minus (Limestone) Shall Consist of Hard, Durable, Angular Particles, Free From Clay Lumps, Cementation, Organic Material, Frozen Material, and Other Deleterious Materials. This Material Shall Be Approved by Manitoba Prior to Delivery. The Contractor Shall Supply, Deliver, and Pile Crushed 6mm Minus Limestone Within the Designated Areas as Directed by Manitoba. The Contractor Shall Supply Crushed Rock Scale Tickets at the Time of Delivery to Manitoba. The Contractor is Advised That Failure to Supply the Scale Tickets at the Time of Delivery May Result in Non-payment. The Unit Price for "Crushed Rock 6mm Minus (Limestone)" Will Be Payment in Full for Supplying, Crushing, Loading, Hauling, Clearing Snow, and Piling the Aggregate and for Performing All Work Necessary or Incidental Thereto. Boulders The Contractor Shall Supply and Deliver Granite Fieldstone Boulders Approximate Diameter 900mm to 1200mm to the Designated Area as Directed by Manitoba. The Contractor Shall Place the Boulders as Directed by Manitoba. The Boulders Shall Be Placed in an Organized Manner Within the Designated Area, and Placed in a Manner That Will Not Impede Access to the Site. The Contractor Shall Ensure That the Boulders Are Delivered to Site Undamaged and to the Satisfaction of Manitoba. Damaged Boulders Shall Be Removed From the Delivery Site at the Contractors Expense. The Contractor Shall Supply a Delivery Slip Detailing the Number of Boulders Delivered, at the Time of Delivery to Manitoba. The Contractor is Advised That Failure to Supply the Delivery Slip at the Time of Delivery May Result in Non-payment. The Unit Price for "Boulders" Shall Be Considered as Payment in Full for Supplying All Tools, Labour and Equipment Required to Perform All Work Described Herein and for All Operations Necessary or Incidental Thereto.
