The Gravel Spreader will be responsible for spreading gravel on a demand basis from the RM stockpile located at SE 21-32-25-W3 to various specified roads throughout the RM. The Gravel Spreader must be available with little notice to immediately spread gravel as needed. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. No action of the RM other than a written "Notice of Award" with a Certified Resolution of Council shall constitute the acceptance of a bid. The successful bidder will be require to enter into an agreement with the RM of Prairiedale No. 321. A copy of the agreement may be provided upon request prior to submission of Tender. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before the execution of the agreement by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. The selected contractor will be required to carry a minimum of $2,000,000 in liability insurance. Time will be of the essence and the Gravel Spreader should be available to commence the spreading of gravel mid to late May to such time as specified by Council with weather pending.
