Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project involves street and / or utility work as described below: Base Bid A Brookside Lane (Avalon Road West to Cul-de-Sac)Reconstruction includes, but shall not be limited to, approximately 720 LF of urban section (36 feet face to face of curb) street reconstruction including stone base course removal, remove and replace approximately 560 tons of asphaltic pavement, remove and replace concrete curb and gutter, remove and replacement of concrete drive approaches, new concrete sidewalk; approximately 635 LF of 12-inch sanitary sewer, including manholes, service laterals, and miscellaneous appurtenances; approximately 1175 LF of 12-inch water main installation including valves, water services and miscellaneous appurtenances; approximately 208 LF of 24-inch storm sewer installation including inlets, and miscellaneous appurtenances; saw cutting; work zone traffic control and detour; and erosion and sediment control measures, surface restoration, cleanup and miscellaneous appurtenant facilities required to complete construction. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to City of Columbus in an amount of 5% of BIDDER s maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
