The County procurement process is an open process that allows all business owners to participate regardless of race, color, natural origin or sex and we encourage minority and women-owned businesses to bid on any of our projects. Milfay Fire Department is requesting bids for Design, Fabrication, Supply and delivery of PEMB. For please contact Glen Musser Project Manager (918) 625-6914. Bid must include the following: 1. Design Loads and Engineer drawings with proper Footing calculations for the columns. 2. The building will be an 80 X 100 Clear span PEMB. 3. PEMB shall have an Eave height of 16' high sidewall with a 3/12 sloped roof. 4. PEMB shall have PBR 26 Gage metal siding and roof colors to be determined at the submittal process with Milfay Fire Chief. 5. PEMB shall have 3" Vinyl Back Insulation on walls and the roof. 6. PEMB Shall have (6) overhead 14x14 framed openings on one side wall and (2) overhead 14x14 framed openings on the opposite side wall. 7. PEMB shall have all trim including gutters and downspouts color to be chosen at submittal process with Milfay Fire Chief. 8. Design and provide end wall side of the drive through to be an expandable end wall. 9. Provide Linear panels on all four sides of building at 8' AFF. 10. Provide (2) walk through doors
