Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Notwithstanding any provision or language to the contrary, the City of Sapulpa reserves the right to reject any, and all bids for any reason whatsoever in the sole discretion of the City. Streets included are Meadowside Ln., Hillwood Dr., Glenside Ln., Greendale, and Webb Dr. The total concrete panel replacement is estimated at 62,486sqft. City staff will cut, remove existing concrete panels, and prepare a new aggregate base. Contract will be required to purchase and install cages, at 10' intervals, drill and install 3/4" inch epoxy coated dowels every 12" inches into adjoining concrete pavement and remaining gutter line and pour and finish 6" of concrete where each panel has been removed and prepared. 6" B.C.C. ODOT SPEC 414. Control joints are not to exceed the width of the lane and all joints will require backer rod and sealed with approved sealant. Centerline will require 3/4" expansion joints and start and stop of dig outs will have expansion joints. There will be an expansion joint installed every 100' feet if dig out length exceeds 100' feet.
