West Ross Avenue Construction Notwithstanding any provision or language to the contrary, the City of Sapulpa reserves the right to reject any, and all bids for any reason whatsoever in the sole discretion of the City. Bids will only be accepted in hard copy at the City Clerk's office. Faxed or e-mail bids will not be considered. Write the bid number, opening date/time and title on the lower left corner of your bid envelope. A. Wherever in these Documents the word "Engineer" appears, it shall be understood to mean Tulsa Engineering & Planning Associates, Inc., acting either directly or indirectly as authorized agents of the Owner. In these Documents where the word "Owner" appears, it shall be understood to mean the City of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. B. A General Contract for the reconstruction of West Ross Avenue from S. Hickory Street extending east approximately 0.28 miles to S . M a i n S t r e e t . A. Work shall consist of cutting, removing from the ground, and properly disposing of trees, stumps, hedge, brush, roots, logs, weeds, rubbish, sod refuse dumps, sawdust piles, lumbering slash, and other materials within the designated area. B. The work shall also include selective clearing, preserving existing vegetation, scalping, and the preservation of objects designated to remain.
