Dracut High School Compressor #5 Replacement Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws. The Dracut School Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to adjust the items specified and to waive any informalities in bidding, if deemed to be in the public interest to do so. . Remove and replace the existing Aeon Compressor and associated parts as detailed in the bid documents.. 2.2. Establish a high level of excellence in the contractual performance of this bid 2.3. Project will start as soon as the contract is awarded. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tolls, and supervision necessary for the Removal and Replacement of the Dracut High School Compressor #5 as per the specifications. All work shall be performed using prevailing wages. The Contractor shall protect all school property from any damage. Damage to any building or area caused by the Contractor shall be repaired or replaced at the Contractor's expense. No refuse or debris shall be left on the site. All materials shall be new and of satisfactory quality. All workmanship shall conform to the best practice in the trade and be performed by skilled and (properly) licensed labor in the field and comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations. The Owner will reject any unsatisfactory services. All old and excess material and debris from the work shall be removed by the Contractor. The premises shall be left clean at all times. Work to commence on or before April 28, 2025.
