Reference Number : 0000374201 The City of Novi is seeking proposals from qualified service angency providers to manage and administer a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Minor Home Repair Program for the 2024 Program Year beginning July 1, 2024. Administrator must be familiar with, and comply with, all applicable CDBG requirements. This contract is for administration of the program, not for a contractor to perform the work. Purchase Type Term: 02/24/2025 12:00 AM EST - 06/30/2026 12:00 AM EDT Proposals must include a detailed outline on how the program will be managed and administered. Proposals will be funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and the administrator must be familiar with, and comply with, all applicable CDBG requirements. When awarded, the term length of the contract will be two years (2) years (from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2026). All proposals must be signed by a legally authorized agent of the proposing firm. The City reserves the right to accept any or all alternative proposals and award the contract to other than the lowest proposer, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all proposals; and in general to make the award of the contract in any manner deemed by the City, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the City of Novi.
