A Single-Prime Contract Format shall be utilized for each project and bids will be required on a Stipulated Sum Basis and include ALL work indicated within the Contract Documents of the project. A Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the proposed contract value shall be included within the Bid Package. A Performance, Labor and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the proposed contract value will be required for the successful bidder. A Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Determination will be in effect and bound within the Project Manual supplied to qualified bidders. The Work includes demolition of existing HVAC RTU's and equipment supply and installation of new RTU's and associated, plumbing & electrical work associated with the installation of HVAC equipment at the Pine Township Community Center & Pine Township Municipal Building, as described within the Construction Documents. 2. The Work includes demolition of the existing emergency generator and equipment supply and installation of a new emergency generator and associated electrical work associated with the installation of the new generator at the Pine Township Community Center, as described within the Construction Documents.
