Description A. The Work shall include the following items: 1. Replacement of four (4) raw sewage pumps; 2. Construction of a new submersible Dry Weather Pump Station; 3. Construction of a new grit removal system and headworks building; 4. Improvements and equipment replacement within the existing grit removal system and building; 5. Improvements to two (2) oxidation ditches; 6. Construction of a new oxidation ditch and influent splitter structure; 7. Construction of a new secondary clarifier; 8. Expansion of the existing UV disinfection structure; 9. Installation of a new plant outfall pipe; 10. Replacement of six (6) return activated sludge pumps; 11. Replacement of plant non-potable water pumps; 12. Conversion of Biofilter tank, ATAD tank and SNDR reactors to aerated sludge holding tanks; 13. Five (5) new solids handling blowers 14. Replacement of a belt filter press with a dewatering screw press; 15. Replacement of dewatering feed pumps; 16. Modification of ancillary dewatering equipment; 17. Modifications to the biosolids storage building; 18. Construction of a blower building; 19. Construction of a vactor truck debris pad; 20. Three (3) new emergency generators B. The Work also includes demolition, excavation, dewatering, yard piping, process piping, valves, HVAC, mechanical, regrading, paving, landscaping, coatings, electrical, instrumentation and control, clean up, site work, and all other appurtenances necessary for complete installation, all in accordance with the Contract Documents and Specifications.
