This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Johnson County Armory (JCA) Conference rooms need updated equipment to replace worn/obsolete items whose replacement parts are becoming increasingly difficult to find or too expensive to replace. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9008 as an RFQ. 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is set aside for Total Small Business. 3) CLIN 0001 - Conference Room Updates 4) A detailed description of the requirement can be located in the attached Purchase Description. 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with pricing information.
