Renovation of an Existing Classroom Space Into a New Clinic. No bid shall be considered unless made on the bid forms prepared by The Collaborative for New Clinic at the Bellaire High School. Question Deadline 02/06/2025 All questions must be submitted in writing to Dave Serra at dserra@tc.design Bids must contain the name of every person interested therein and be accompanied by a bid and performance bond in the full amount of the bid tendered as a guarantee that the bidder will, if the award is made to the bidder, enter into a proper contract with the Board for the Project, or a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid tendered as a guarantee that the bidder will, if the award is made to the bidder, enter into a proper contract with the Board for the completion of the Project and furnish a performance bond for the amount of the contract at the time the bidder executes the contract. All such bonds, certified checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and letters of credit shall be payable to the Bellaire Local School District Board of Education. The Board intends to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid but reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts of any or all bids, and to waive irregularities which may occur in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the bids. 1.1 Project Description 1.1.1 Project Scope.
