Anamanda Close Headwall Replacement Site location is along Anamanda Close between Gwinnett County parcels 6224 074 and 6224 404 The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and replacement of an existing headwall located on Anamanda Close in Norcross, Georgia. All work must be completed in 90 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance to industry specifications and standards. Please submit questions/requests via e-mail only to the Capital Projects Manager at procurement@norcrossga.net by 5:00 p.m. on February 14, 2025. A Q&A addendum will be posted within a week. No BID will be received or accepted after the above specified date and time. Submissions received after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm. No BID may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the BID opening. Requests for withdrawals must be submitted in writing. All BIDS shall remain firm for 90 days after bid opening
