**As of July 23, 2025, the project was awarded to Smith Aquatics, Inc., with an awarded amount of $400,049.52.** **The bid opening for BL057-22, Gwinnett County Aquatic Center Pool Renovations, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 2:50 PM. Project Description The successful contractor shall furnish all labor and materials required to replace existing water line and surrounding tile and prepare pool shell for plaster at one aquatic center (one instructional pool, one competition pool, and one outdoor leisure pool). Existing pools shell must be prepared to receive a new conventional plaster finish. Questions regarding bids should be directed to Jake Scarpone, Purchasing Associate II, at jake.scarpone@gwinnettcounty.com or by calling 770-822-8722, no later than 3:00 P.M. on May 2, 2025. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted.
