The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for a road resurfacing project as a part of the city_s 2025 road resurfacing program. The project scope consists of 25 roads. Please submit questions/requests via e-mail only to the Capital Projects Manager at procurement@norcrossga.net by 5:00 p.m. on May 28, 2025. A Q&A addendum will be posted within a week. No BID will be received or accepted after the above specified date and time. Submissions received after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm. No BID may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the BID opening. Requests for withdrawals must be submitted in writing. All BIDS shall remain firm for 90 days after bid opening. All work must be completed in 120 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance to industry specifications and standards.
