Sealed Bids will be received from bidders by the Gwinnett County Board of Education, 53 Gwinnett Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, Bldg. "C" Conference Room: The furnishing of all labor, materials, and services necessary to perform the MEADOWCREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RENOVATION, 5025 Georgia Belle Court, Norcross, Georgia 30093 until Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Bids will be opened publicly and will be read aloud at the time and place stated above. Fax transmittals and Emails of Bid Proposal Form shall not be accepted by the Owner. Bids received after the above time is called will not be accepted. No phones will be available. All bidders shall be required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting to be held at the site, 5025 Georgia Belle Court, Norcross, Georgia 30093, on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 @ 3:00 p.m. Failure to attend shall result in disqualification of the bidder. Representative shall be Project Manager or Estimator directly responsible for the bidding of this project.
