Site work and paving for a road / highway in Norcross, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project will consist of milling and resurfacing to include repairing the existing pavement base were needed resurfacing of adjacent driveways to meet street pavement grades adjustments of water valves and manholes and the insulation of pavement striping and markings as directed. Please refer to exhibits attached. The scope includes 19 roads within city limits, listed below. The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for a road resurfacing project as a part of the city's 2025 road resurfacing program. All work must be completed in 120 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance with industry specifications and standards. Please submit questions/requests via e-mail only to the Capital Projects Manager at procurement@norcrossga.net by 5:00 p.m. on August 8, 2025. A Q&A addendum will be posted within a week.
