The City of Norcross Public Works department is soliciting sealed competitive proposals from qualified, licensed, insured contractors for the removal and replacement of between 1,300 to 1,400 linear feet of iron handrailing at Lillian Webb Park. Desired project completion by March 16, 2025. All work must be completed in 60 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance with industry specifications and standards. The BID package should be clearly marked "RFP PW 26-01 - LILLIAN WEBB PARK RAILING" on its face and submitted Please submit questions/requests via e-mail only to the Capital Projects Manager at procurement@norcrossga.net by 5:00 p.m. on November 21, 2025. A Q&A addendum will be posted within a week. No BID will be received or accepted after the above specified date and time. Submissionsreceived after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm. No BID may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the BID opening. Requests for withdrawals must be submitted in writing. All BIDS shall remain firm for 90 days after bid opening
