The work includes, but is not limited to: West Gwinnett Park Pickleball o (6) six new pickleball courts with associated fencing and gates o Sports court lighting o Covered pavilion with picnic tables o Modular block retaining wall (Delegated design by Contractor) Lenora Park Pickleball o Demolition of existing pavement including gravel path, asphalt trail, asphalt parking spaces and concrete walkways. Demolition and removal of existing trees and other vegetation. o (6) six new pickleball courts with associated fencing and gates o Sports court lighting o Covered pavilion with picnic tables o ADA parking and access improvements o Stormwater management including concrete flume and other conveyance pipes with associated structures o Replacement trees The project area will be closed during construction.
