A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, equipment and materials for the Phase I & II of the Steve Reynolds Boulevard Operational Improvement project for the Department of Transportation.
