Joliet West High School Renovations to PPS, and CTE. Project consists of the following. Building D Re-Roof, approx. 40,000 sf, for summer 2025 construction. Renovations approximately 30,000 sf. Phased completion dates ranging from summer 2025 to summer 2026. Renovation Work includes, Demolition Work, Masonry Work, Carpentry Work, Casework & Millwork Work, Glass & Glazing Work, Drywall & Framing Work, Resilient Flooring Work, Painting Work, Acoustical Ceilings Work, Tile Flooring & Wall Tile Work, Terrazzo Flooring Work, Fire Protection Work, Plumbing Work, HVAC Work, Electrical, Low Voltage & Fire Alarm Work.
