You are invited to submit your sealed bid for the 2025 Exterior Improvements: Roofing Replacement and Glazing Repairs at 1300 Copperfield Ave. Joliet, IL 60432. The project consists of roofing removal and replacement and glazing repairs at the location. Removal and Replacement of existing roof decking Removal and Replacement of Single Roof Drain All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Will County Government Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. The County of Will Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or Proposals Received in Whole or in Part. The dates of Substantial Completion shall be no later than Friday, July 11,2025. Except as follows: The dates of Final Completion shall be no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 25, 2025. The Contract is to commence on March 3, 2025. Work must be completed on or before August 29, 2025.
