MBE Participation (%) 15.00 Q&A Deadline February 11, 2025 4:00 PM (EST) Howard County intends to procure the services of a construction Contractor for the extension of approximately 1,415 linear feet of the existing 8-in sewer along Furrow Avenue, and the replacement of approximately 236 linear feet of exiting 8-in sewer at Twiford Court. The project's scope includes 6-in and 4-in sewer house connections, manholes, temporary flow bypass, traffic control, surface restoration, and all other appurtenances and incidental items of work as shown in the Contract Drawings and Specifications. This project is in SHA Cost Group "D". Each bid shall be accompanied by an electronic copy of a bid bond OR certified check, in the amount of 5% of the total bid, made payable to the "Director of Finance, Howard County". For a certified check, the Contractor shall submit the original certified check to the Office of Procurement and Contract Administration PRIOR to the bid due date and time to be deemed responsive.
