The Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A 18A:18A-1 et.seq. pertaining to the "Public School Contract Laws" and N.J.S.A. 18A:7G-1 et seq. pertaining to the "Educational Facilities Construction and Financing Law." From the commencement of work, the Contractor shall be solely responsible for the care of the work during its progress, for materials delivered and intended to be used, and for protection to existing structures on or adjacent to the site of the work. Any injury or damage to the same shall be made good at the contractor's expense Contractor shall protect the work material of all other trades from damage by their work or workmen and shall make good all damage thus caused. B. Contractor shall be responsible for the equipment until finally inspected, and accepted; protect work against theft, injury or damage, and carefully store material and equipment received on the site which are not immediately installed. C. All material delivered to the site shall be adequately protected from exposure to other Contractors on site, until time of installation. Temporary storage at the site shall be kept to a minimum.
