Site work for a parking garage in Mayfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage.
Scope of Work: The work on this project will include but is not limited to grading of existing gravel surface to depth required to place new granular subbase and 6" reinforced 234 sy concrete slab. Bidders' proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, certified bank treasurer's check, bank cashiers check or bid bond in the form provided in the Contract Documents. A satisfactory corporation surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid. Submit all questions about the Drawings and Project Specification to the Architect in writing. Replies will be issued to all bidders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Project Specifications and will become part of the Contract. The Architect WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORAL CLARIFICATION. Questions received less than Seven (7) working days before the bid opening will not be answered. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date, unless delayed due to required approvals of another governmental agency, and shall be accompanied by 10% bid guaranty, payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omission informalities relative thereto.
