(Mechanical Construction) - Scranton Electric Heating and Cooling Service, Inc. for $86,738.00. (Electrical Construction) - Walsh Electrical for $174,050.00 with overall amount of $514,688.00 Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's checkequal to ten percent of the total price submitted inclusive of add alternates. Bids must remain valid for the period of timestated on the bid form. The Lakeland School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All requests for BidDocuments shall include the following information: 1.Which contracts bidding. 2.Email address for Bidding/Contract Documentand addenda purposes.
