Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Mayfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The work on this project will include but is not limited to complete renovations and Alterations to the Interior and Exterior of the facility. This project includes Removal and replacement of all exterior finishes, windows, trim, roofing, etc. Project also includes an alternate to replace the existing roof with a metal roof. Interior work includes the removal of interior walls, flooring, ceilings, new interior wall coverings and renovations to the existing toilet areas, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. Renovations to MEP are also included in this project. Bidders proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, certified bank treasurers check, bank cashiers check or bid bond in the form provided in the Contract Documents. A satisfactory corporation surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid. The surety shall name as payee or obligee the Mayfield Borough. A Non-Collusion Affidavit of Contractor will be required to be signed and notarized prior to the award of any contract. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date, unless delayed due to required approvals of another governmental agency, and shall be accompanied by 10% bid guaranty, payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omission informalities relative thereto.
