Site work for a mixed-use development in White City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
. Excavate and haul away all Materials as shown on Plans or as directed. 2. Provide rock and grade site as shown on Plans or as directed. 3. Provide all Materials and install concrete slabs and valley gutters as shown on the Plans and called out in the Specifications. 4. Pickup all Agency provided Rebar and install in the slabs and valley gutter as shown on the Plans. 5. Provide and install all miscellaneous items necessary for the completion of the work as shown on the Plans and called out in the Specifications. 6. Provide any slope or construction staking as needed to construct the Project per the Plans and Specifications Depending on total project cost, Prevailing Wage Rates may or may not apply. Please provide two quotes, one including prevailing wage and one without. A bid bond is not required for this project. A performance bond is required if the cost estimate is over $50,000. Unless otherwise approved by the County Engineer, all Work on the eastern pad extension shall be completed no later than April 11, 2025. Unless otherwise approved by the County Engineer, all Work on the western pad extension shall be completed no later than May 16, 2025.
