Summit County is looking to purchase: 0-4,000 tons, untreated base course(3/4" to 1" max), F.O.B. the selected bidders plant 0 to 7,500 tons, HMA(Hot Mix Asphalt) (1/2" max), F.O.B. the selected bidder's plant 0 to 25 tons, tack coat, F.O.B. the selected bidder's plant 0-300 tons, Chip Seal Coat Asphalt Emulsion (LMCR-2) 0-60 Tons, Bituminous Flush Coat (CSS-1, 50% Dilution) 0 to 1500 tons, Chip Seal Coat Cover Lightweight Material Type A And Summit County is seeking the purchase and installation of the following materials and services: 0-800 tons, soil stabilization solution(Magnesium Chloride Solution, Installed on Various County Roads 0-7500 Gallons, Pavement Marking Paint, Installed on Various County Roads 0-900 gallons of Pavement Message Paint 0 to 80 hours, chip Seal Distributer Charge (LMCRS-2 & CSS-1) 0 to 1500 feet, Beam Guardrail (Repair, Remove and Replace) 0 to 15 Each, Crash Cushions, Type G w/Marker Posts and Object Marker Sheeting and Hardware (Repair, Remove, and Replace) 0 to 15 Each, Crash Cushions, Type H w/ marker posts and object marker sheeting and hardware (Repair, Remove and Replace) The entire ordered quantity of Chip Seal Cover Material must be produced and ready for delivery by May 1st. Liquidated Damages will be enforced at $200 per day the ordered chip cover material is not ready for delivery.
